This monument was built in 944(in the reign of King Hyejong, Goryeo). The detailed records of achievements of Jinghyodaesa, established Sajasanmun at the end of United Silla, in the temple and situations of the time are in here. Its material is granite.
The turtle base of the monument is composed of one foundation stone of square. It head is facing the west. It's standing straight, and the wrinkles on its neck is vivid. It has a Yeouiju in its mouth. Its eyes are glaring and its nose is round because it was damaged. Behind its neck, fins are spreaded to horizontally. Some intentional scratches are on the head. 4 legs are full of movement. joints and toe nails of 5 toes are very sharp and realistic.
On the shell, there are regular hexagons drawn on it. In hexagons, four-petaled flowers with round ovary in it are drawn. Webs are embossed between the hexagons. On the upper part of the turtle base of a stone monument, there is bijwa of rectangle. Iron arrow is carved in front and back. On each side of it, iron arrows and vines are carved. 4 edges are protruded. On the top of bijwa, double-petal lotus is lined. On the joint of the lower part of the body of the monument, three-layered support is protruded. It's tail is hook-shaped, and with the tail in the center, backbone is carved. The body of the monument is about 2,800 x 385ja. It's written in the square style. The front is shaped in rectangle to have saryongs facing each other on the side of front and back. In the center of the front side, there is a jeaek of square, and lotus shape is lining around it. In the hexagon-shape, 'Gojinghyo/Daesabi' is embossed in stamp style in 2 files. There also is a hexagon-shape in the center of the back side, it's divided into 9 parts. lotus shape is lined around the hexagon-shape. On the upper side of isu, sangryun expressing lotus shape on the top of round stones in between. Yeouiju is carved above it.
